We are looking for UX Designers to join our client’s team and shape intuitive digital banking experiences for international clients and internal users across Digital Bank platforms.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Design, test and continuously improve in-house digital applications
- Create user-centric interaction designs for InsideBusiness Portal, InsideBusiness Services, mobile applications and specialized banking tools
- Translate complex banking processes and user needs into simple, consistent and accessible digital journeys
- Collaborate closely with Customer Journey Experts, Engineers, squads, tribes and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Support the digitization of banking, service and information journeys for clients and internal users across more than 35 countries
- Run or contribute to user testing, gather feedback and iterate designs based on insights, business priorities and customer value
- Maintain a helicopter view across multiple initiatives, balancing priorities and focusing on the highest impact for users and stakeholders
- Advise internal stakeholders on the right UX approach, design decisions and delivery options to achieve their goals
- Contribute to the growth of the UX Design and Content Center of Expertise in Romania, as one of the first UX Designers in this setup
- Work with international UX design specialists and content writers to support bank’s seamless digital delivery strategy
Requirements
Technical
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer
- Strong interaction design expertise, with the ability to design clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes and digital journeys
- Good understanding of visual design principles and ability to create consistent, user-friendly interfaces
- Hands-on experience with user testing, feedback collection and design iteration
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping and collaboration
- Ability to work on web, mobile and internal enterprise applications in a tech-driven environment
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable, scalable and reusable code in a modern frontend engineering setup
- Understanding of digital banking, service platforms, portals or complex B2B/B2E applications
- Impressive UX portfolio, preferably including financial services, banking, enterprise platforms or complex digital products
- Ability to understand underlying user issues, business opportunities and organizational dynamics in an international environment
Education
- University degree in Computer Science or other related fields preferred

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to proactively advise internal teams
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary Agile teams with Customer Journey Experts, Engineers and business stakeholders
- Ability to adapt style, approach and behavior to different needs, cultures and situations
- Collaborative mindset, openness to constructive feedback and ability to work in an international environment
Nice to have requirements
- Experience working with content writers, UX researchers or design systems
- Experience in large international organizations, distributed teams or multi-country product environments
- Portfolio cases related to banking, B2B portals, service platforms, enterprise applications or mobile banking solutions
- Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design or usability standards
