We are looking for ServiceNow Platform Architects who will join a senior client-facing ServiceNow team delivering enterprise workflow transformation, scalable platform architecture, and strategic pre-sales consulting for international customers.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client challenges and design tailored ServiceNow solutions
- Lead client-facing discovery workshops, technical deep dives, and product demonstrations to validate solution approaches
- Design scalable solution architectures, high-level technical designs, and implementation roadmaps aligned with customer objectives
- Prepare technical proposals, RFIs/RFPs responses, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) supporting the pre-sales lifecycle
- Advise customers on ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, integrations, and future-proof architecture strategies
- Track the ServiceNow product roadmap and integrate new functionalities into client solution strategies
- Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, accelerators, and technical assets for delivery efficiency and customer engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor bridging business and IT stakeholders in enterprise transformation initiatives
Requirements
Technical
- Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in consulting, architecture, implementation, or pre-sales environments
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and/or App Engine
- Experience designing scalable enterprise workflows, solution architectures, and technical roadmaps
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations, platform best practices, and enterprise environments
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification required or actively pursued
- Experience working with enterprise customers or leading ServiceNow partners
Education
- University degree in Computer Science or other related fields preferred

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences
- Ability to guide customers from discovery to delivery with confidence and clarity
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
