We are looking for Junior Frontend Engineers eager to build secure and scalable web applications for our banking client, collaborating with experienced engineers in Agile teams while growing with modern Frontend technologies.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Develop, test and maintain customer-facing web applications
- Build reusable UI components using JavaScript, Web Components and modern frontend technologies
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Backend Engineers and QA in Agile teams
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code following engineering standards
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and knowledge sharing
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior engineers
- Continuously improve technical skills and gradually take ownership of features
- Contribute to Micro Frontend implementations and scalable frontend solutions
Requirements
Technical
- 1-2 years of professional experience in frontend development
- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3
- Understanding of frontend development principles and clean code practices
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Git version control
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks/libraries
- Willingness to learn Web Components, Lit/LitElement and other technologies used within the team
- Understanding of Agile software development
Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or another related field
