General

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist – Content Designer to join our client’s international Digital Workplace team, driving user adoption, knowledge management, and content excellence for collaborative technologies in a multicultural environment.

 

Responsibilities/Activities

  • Own the My Digital Workplace (MDW) catalogue end-to-end in English and French, including content creation, structuring, maintenance, and updates.
  • Coordinate reviews and validations with Product Managers, Product Owners, and technical/business stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
  • Increase visibility and adoption of Digital Workplace services through communication campaigns, improved navigation, tagging, and search optimization.
  • Support AI smart assistant integration by organizing knowledge sources, defining prompt strategies, and optimizing prompts.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity across Digital Workplace platforms to improve self-service adoption and reduce support tickets.
  • Adapt and maintain catalogue content to support business continuity requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse catalogue usage and effectiveness, proposing continuous improvement actions.
  • Design and evolve user-centric catalogue structures based on changing user needs.
  • Support team activities such as incident communications, community management, event organization, and adoption campaigns.

Requirements

Technical

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing digital content, knowledge bases, or service catalogues
  • Knowledge of content structuring, tagging, search optimization, and user adoption practices
  • Ability to analyse catalogue performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives
  • Strong written communication and content design skills
  • Exposure to supporting AI assistant integrations, prompt optimization, or knowledge source management
  • Understanding of Digital Workplace tools such as Teams, SharePoint, messaging, and collaboration platforms

Education

  • University degree in Communication, Marketing or other related fields

  • Strong command of English and French (written and spoken)
