General
We are looking for DataStage Developers to join our client team and support the design, development, and optimization of ETL processes.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Develop ETL workflows in IBM DataStage based on source-to-target mappings and established standards
- Analyse data environments and source systems to understand record origins and structures
- Interpret and work with both the Logical and Physical Data Models
- Execute unit testing, validate data flows, and build ETL processes aligned with business requirements
- Conduct peer reviews of development work to ensure quality and consistency
- Provide support during System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Optimize ETL jobs to enhance performance
- Contribute to the deployment of code changes, mappings, and metadata
Requirements
Technical
- At least 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database
Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or another related field

- Good level of English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to be able to align with various stakeholders
