General
We are looking for Senior BI Developers to join our client’s Data Department and play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Business Intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Build scalable and efficient BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making
- Transform data into actionable insights using Power BI, Azure Cloud, and ETL tools
- Ensure efficient data modeling, reporting, and analytics
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports (DAX, Power Query)
- Conduct testing and validation of reports and dashboards to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Implement data models for self-service analytics and enterprise reporting
- Develop ETL pipelines, manage and optimize data ingestion, transformation and storage
- Work with Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures for reporting and analytics
- Write and optimize SQL queries for complex data transformations and reporting
- Deploy and manage BI solutions in Azure Cloud
Requirements
Technical
- At least 5 years of experience as BI Developer or in a similar role
- Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Azure Data Factory
- Strong experience in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Experience with ETL tools (ADF, SSIS) and cloud-based BI solutions (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and reporting solutions
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or another related field
Others
- Good level of English (oral and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
Nice to have requirements
- Experience with other BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Experience with cloud-based analytics services (Azure Synapse Analytics)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning
