General
We are looking for a Senior AWS Platform Engineer to build and operate secure, scalable Kubernetes platforms on AWS for high-availability enterprise applications.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Build and operate AWS platforms based on Amazon EKS and Kubernetes
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform/Terragrunt and reusable modules
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and platform observability
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability, security and cost efficiency
- Work with development, security and architecture teams on platform standards and automation
Requirements
Technical
- At least 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps or SRE
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon EKS and Kubernetes
- Advanced Terraform experience and practical knowledge of Terragrunt
- Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI
- Good knowledge of AWS networking, IAM, Linux, Git and containerization
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, alerting and production troubleshooting
Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or another related field
Others
- Good level of English (oral and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Nice to have requirements
- Experience with Helm, Argo CD/Flux, Prometheus, Grafana or CloudWatch
- AWS certifications or experience in large-scale, high-availability environments
