Lead SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant, 8+ years experience

General

We are looking for Lead SAP S/4HANA SD consultants to lead complex international transformation projects, driving delivery excellence across sales, logistics, billing, compliance, and SAP landscape modernization.

 

Responsibilities/Activities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA SD workstreams across international implementation, rollout, and transformation projects
• Design and optimize Sales & Distribution processes including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and sales order management
• Drive SAP eInvoicing (KSeF) implementation and compliance initiatives
• Manage output forms, outbound logistics, scheduling, and foreign trade processes
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to consultants, developers, and project teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for ABAP development teams
• Support troubleshooting activities, including ABAP debugging and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate project resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure successful integration within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and international teams to ensure project success

Requirements

Technical

• At least 8 years of SAP SD consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and sales order management
• Hands-on experience with eInvoicing (KSeF), output forms, outbound logistics & scheduling, and foreign trade
• Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
• Participation in at least two SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Participation in at least two SAP ECC implementations
• Ability to debug ABAP code and support issue resolution
• Capability to create detailed technical specifications for development teams
• Understanding of SAP integration points and enterprise business processes
• Deep technical expertise in relevant SAP domains
• International project delivery experience
• Experience managing projects within large multinational organizations
• Excellent industry, business, and IT knowledge
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Responsibility for project results, deadlines, and resource management

Education

• University degree in Computer Science or other related fields preferred

Nice to have requirements
