General
We are looking for experienced Lead SAP SD Consultants with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution processes to lead complex international transformation projects, driving delivery excellence across sales, logistics, billing, compliance, and SAP landscape modernization.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA SD workstreams across international implementation, rollout, and transformation projects
- Design and optimize Sales & Distribution processes including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and sales order management
- Drive SAP eInvoicing (KSeF) implementation and compliance initiatives
- Manage output forms, outbound logistics, scheduling, and foreign trade processes
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to consultants, developers, and project teams
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications for ABAP development teams
- Support troubleshooting activities, including ABAP debugging and root-cause analysis
- Coordinate project resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure successful integration within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and international teams to ensure project success
Requirements
Technical
- At least 8 years of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD Module) consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Outbound Logistics and Scheduling, Billing (eInvoicing/KSeF), Output Forms, Foreign Trade
- Previous participation in at least two implementations of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
- Proficiency in debugging ABAP code to identify and resolve issues
- Capability to create detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Understanding of SAP integration points and enterprise business processes
- Deep technical expertise in relevant SAP and IT domains
- International project delivery experience
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Experience managing projects within large international organizations
- Excellent industry and business knowledge
- Responsibility for project results, deadlines, and resource management
Education
- University degree in Computer Science or other related fields preferred

Nice to have requirements
