General
We are looking for experienced Data Scientists with German skills to develop machine learning and advanced analytics solutions, turning complex data and business needs into measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Analyse data and identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Develop and improve machine learning and statistical models
- Prepare data and perform feature engineering and model evaluation
- Work with Python and SQL for data analysis and modelling
- Collaborate with technical and business teams
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support the implementation and improvement of data science solutions
Requirements
Technical
- At least 4 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Good knowledge of machine learning and statistical modelling
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Experience working with large datasets and modern data platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into data science solutions
Education
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or another related field
Others
- German language skills – B2/C1 level
- Good English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data and business requirements
- Critical thinking and business-oriented mindset
Nice to have requirements
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or PySpark
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
- Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models
