We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our client’s IT Recruitment Team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier tech talent across various business units, working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs, and own the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Manage the entire technical recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans tailored to diverse technical roles
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Maintain a fast, effective, and human-centred recruitment process at every stage
- Promote the use of data-driven practices and ensure consistent use of internal recruitment tools
- Offer guidance on internal recruitment policies and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Requirements
Technical
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position, covering roles in Infrastructure, Support, Software Development, Architecture, Leadership and Management
- Experience in working with ATS platforms (Workday is preferred)
- Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent using social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing strategies
- Solid knowledge of social media and professional networks
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the enthusiasm and ability to become a trustworthy recruitment partner
Education
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related fields

- Good communication skills (English and Romanian)
- Available to work in a Hybrid system, flexibility for on-site interviews and assessments
- Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and the confidence to make swift decisions
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple requisitions efficiently
- Ability to manage time efficiently and make decisions efficiently
