We are looking for IP Network Engineers who will join our banking client IT Communications Team – a dynamic group of 6 specialists involved in managing and developing the network infrastructure, which includes multiple data centers and branches across the country.



  • Provide technical support to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and the network
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Administrators for Windows, Linux, SAN, UNIX, Databases, and other IT teams and Business teams
  • Participate in local and Group projects involving various cutting-edge technologies
  • Collaborate with all departments and functions within the bank and its subsidiaries, including external business partners
  • Configure and secure the bank’s networks and network equipment
  • Perform IT activities related to the opening of new branches
  • Participate in the inventory process of the bank’s fixed IT assets
  • Manage incidents and errors within the network, investigate, test and maintain relationships with the supplier throughout the process if necessary, in collaboration with users if required
  • Identify and propose corrective solutions for problems arising in the systems you manage
  • Implement various configurations imposed by suppliers and internal clients for network equipment and ensure that application requirements and system specifications are met
  • Participate in creating procedures, documentation, and logical diagrams of the network topology
  • Maintain technical relationships with service and equipment providers
  • Provide remote support to external providers when requested, monitoring the connection
  • Conduct annual Disaster Recovery tests with the ICT Communications team and keep all related documentation updated



  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing medium or large computer networks
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols
  • Experience in designing data networks
  • Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting network problems
  • Experience with at least one infrastructure monitoring system (Solarwinds, PRTG, etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with IT support applications and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Project)


  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields preferred.
  • CCNP level certifications or equivalent


  • Availability for “on-call” duties outside regular working hours, according to a pre-arranged schedule
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Decision-making abilities considering risks, implications, priorities, technical and time constraints
  • Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, patience and creativity, project management skills
  • Oriented towards development and learning new skills/knowledge at work
  • Ability to work under pressure
