General

We are looking for ETL Developers who will join our client’s Scrum team and be responsible for integrating and loading data in alignment with business needs, while furnishing data to various stakeholders including Finance, Risk, Customer Intelligence and for regulatory reporting purposes.

 

Responsibilities/Activities

  • Develop ETL flows using IBM DataStage 11.7 / Cloud Pak 4 Data and Oracle 21c
  • Understand the Logical Data Model and Physical Data Model
  • Understand the concepts and the business value of the data that is processed
  • Integrate data from different source systems in the Information Warehouse
  • Build Data Marts in alignment with the business needs
  • Perform unit testing, validate data flows
  • Prepare all ETL processes according to business requirements
  • Contribute to deployment of code changes, mappings and metadata

Requirements

Technical

  • At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Experience with ETL processes and tools, preferably IBM DataStage or Informatica
  • Experience with Data Warehouse concepts: Kimball methodology, slowly changing dimensions etc.
  • Experience with Linux OS
  • Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts

Education

  • University degree in Computer Science or other related fields preferred

  • Good level of English, written and oral
  • Team player
  • Motivated and self-driven

Nice to have requirements

  • Experience with other ETL tools
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Versioning Tools
