We are looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist to support communication and user adoption initiatives related to digital tools and services within the organization. The role focuses on managing communication for digital workplace initiatives, ensuring users are informed, engaged, and able to effectively use the available tools (e.g., collaboration platforms, messaging, intranet solutions).
Responsibilities/Activities
- Own and manage communication activities related to digital workplace tools, including product launches, updates, and changes in the employees’ digital environment
- Lead incident communication, ensuring users are promptly and clearly informed about service disruptions and resolution progress
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and management of communication and change management projects
- Support users in adopting new tools and ways of working, enhancing overall user experience
- Create and maintain user-facing materials such as guides, knowledge base articles, toolkits, and community content
- Define, develop, validate, and implement communication plans for digital workplace initiatives
- Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, using metrics to assess impact and improve future actions
- Develop and update training materials (scripts, presentations, videos, tutorials) when required
- Support additional team activities such as event organization, internal campaigns, community management, and content updates
Requirements
Technical
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing communication for digital tools, platforms, or IT-related projects
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or similar platforms)
- Ability to create engaging written and visual content (guides, articles, training materials)
- Basic understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies
- Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information
- Good organizational and time management skills
Education
- University degree in Communication, Marketing or other related fields
