Business Analyst, 4+ years experience

General

We are looking for Business Analysts who will work in our client’s team and act as the liaison between business lines and IT teams, develop and maintain data lake similar solutions, in terms of data model, core information warehouse and consuming data marts.

Responsibilities/Activities

• Design, document and implement finance data flows End-to-End ased on requirements received from Finance
• Support Finance data Owners and Stewards, understanding, analyzing, and implementing specific Finance & Risk requirements
• Implement Data Quality monitoring controls and procedures aligns with Data Quality community at local & global level
• Support Finance data Owners and Stewards in case of investigations or incidents
• Involve as BA in implementing data management controls for Finance data management according with specific control standards

Requirements

Technical

• At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position
• Experience in finance and risk projects (local needs, regulatory reporting, external reporting)
• Knowledge of balance sheet, P&L , customer profitability
• Knowledge of management accounting
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards

Education

• University degree in Computer Science or other related fields preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Romanian)
• Ability to encourage the team, to stimulate teamwork and to take responsibility
• (Internal) customer connection with Agile way of working in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to identify the optimal solution

Nice to have requirements

• Knowledge and experience with data modeling techniques and the development of conceptual, logical and dimensional data models
• Knowledge of any BI tools
