Screening and selection process:
We perform extensive technical and non-technical screening of our potential candidates, firstly by phone and then during a face to face interview. We can also perform reference checks, background investigations and verification of authority to work in a particular country. Recruiters and Support staff screen candidates for level of competency. Phone testing is also used to find additional strengths and weaknesses in a candidate's technical profile.
