Project based staffing is an efficient and risk free employment solution for major companies. It’s an assignment based consulting model. The accepted candidates are employed by IntelSol and then deployed on client sites for certain contract periods. At the end of the contracts, these are either renewed or our employees are redeployed.
Since Romania is part of EU from 2007 the list of European countries which don’t ask for any work documents anymore is: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia and Bulgaria. We can simply start working on the day of arrival.
