Who we are

We started IntelSol in 2007 with the intention of supporting customers with Telecom & IT resources. After 2 years of activity, reaching a certain development level and based on a high number of candidates received who could be suitable in other sectors, we decided to extend our recruitment capabilities in other areas as well – energy, construction, financial, human resources, sales & marketing, administration support and BPO contact centres.

Our team has more than 10 years multi vendor international experience. We have very good expertise in the technical sectors, mainly telecommunications, IT, energy and construction sectors. Whatever our customers skills requirement is, our consultants will deliver it and if it’s a question of seeking a rare skills combination, they are mature enough to tell honestly and up front – saving valuable time for both parties.

We are a young and dynamic organisation with the energy and capacity to be creative in meeting our customers’ business needs.
